Welcome to Perfectly Pampered Beauty and Training. By booking an appointment or course through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General

• All treatments and training sessions are carried out by a fully qualified and accredited beauty professional.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or training in cases of inappropriate behaviour or if it poses a health or safety risk.

Appointments & Bookings

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment or training place.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Remaining balances must be paid 4 days before your training.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule any appointments or training.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service or training booked.

Training Courses

• All training is delivered in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment with small groups or 1:1 sessions.

• Students must be over 16 years old and meet any specific entry requirements for the course.

• Upon successful completion, students will receive an accredited certificate of training.

• Course fees are non-refundable once training has commenced.

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns prior to your treatment or training.

• We maintain a strict hygiene policy and follow industry-standard safety protocols.
